Harvesting Hope for Youth Rise 11/10 6:30-8:30PM
Join us for a fall evening of food, drinks, friendship and fun alongside some inspiring youth leaders working towards a better tomorrow. Kettle & Brine is proud to be hosting Youth Rise's first annual Social Justice Mentorship Program, where 15 Austin teens impacted by the incarceration or deportation of a parent will be paired with caring mentors. The program aims to support the youths during the school year while they work on social justice projects to improve their lives and the impact on their community.
Music will be curated by local favorite DJ Ang.G and we'll have drinks and bites on hand courtesy of Wine for the People, Juliet, Mongers, Thai Fresh and others -- plus a silent auction supported by dozens of local businesses and a short program from Youth Rise members.
