Mother's Day is just around the corner, and with a plethora of delectable, wholesome Austin eateries, we had no problem coming up with our top picks that mom would surely approve. We recommend making reservations early to secure a spot. Here are some of our favorites:
One of the first restaurants in Austin to focus on the urban farm movement and farm to table food. They have lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options. The a la carte brunch is served from 10-3 pm and they take reservations.
Favorite dish: apple almond waffle
One of the most elaborate buffet brunches in Austin. An amazing mix of dishes ranging from the traditional to new exciting takes on ancient recipes. Brunch is from 11-2 pm.
Favorite Dish: Relleno de Picadillo
Housed in a beautifully restored pharmacy, creates their menu based heavily on what the local farms have available. They're serving brunch starting at 9am.
Favorite dish: Brûlée Grapefruit
With 3 locations, they make it easy to get your fill of amazing locally sourced food. They do a buffet brunch from 9:30-2:00 on Mother's Day with their usual menu after that. Reservations recommended.

A great ranch to table Mother's Day buffet brunch. To make it extra special, ask to sit on their beautiful deck overlooking the Colorado River. Brunch is served from 10:30-2 pm. Reservations are recommended.

A beautiful cozy setting that makes you feel at home with wonderful food. Offering a prix fixe brunch from 10-3 pm. Reservations recommended.
