Copper is known for its superior heat conduction and distribution. These Mauviel copper pots bring professional grade cookware into the home. Lined with a thin layer of stainless steel, these pots eliminate the need to be relined like their traditional tin counterparts. Copper pots heat efficiently from all sides, cutting down on energy use and cook time, while maintaining consistent temperature throughout. Whereas cast iron is valued for heat retention, copper is light and nimble, enabling you to control heat with extreme precision.
