This is multifunctional at its best. Designed by Demeyere to smoke vegetables, fish, poultry or red meats, the bottom chamber holds wood shavings (not included) to allow aromatic smoke to circulate throughout the enclosed pan, infusing the your dish with a deep delicious flavor. This pan was made for indoor use, and with its tri-ply base and interior rack, can also function as a steamer, or remove the rack and use the base as a saute pan.
4 piece set comes with base, lid, smoking chamber, and upper rack to hold foods.
Constructed of 18/10 polished stainless with a 1 tri-ply aluminum core for superior heat distribution.
CARE & USE
For use with any stovetop including induction. Wood chips not included. To remove food bits, soak pan in hot soapy water over night. Hand wash recommended.
